World class new synthetic athletics track. Great facility in the heart of Chandigarh. National meets were organised here. The surroundings are picturesque. Great to have such a stadium in the city, it allows young kids to pursue athletics from a tender age. Need to replicate such initiatives in other states as well.
Sport complex very nice place the ground is clean and well maintained by the authority. The running track ; basket ball ground are also for practice
Chandigarh is a very beautiful place, it is a very clean location and there is discipline on the roads, sector 7 is also good.
Positive: 1. Quite big complex 2. Ample space for parking 3.Good place for sports lover Negative: 1. Road going towards sports complex seems to be not safe if you are going alone.(especially for kids)
This is a good place for aspiring athletes. Much better than most of the government maintained facilities. Information sharing system should be better at least a proper big notice board during some events to avoid one to one queries which creates a mess between athletes and organisers.
The ground is really good .... And the seating area is also fine just one things is Missing as there is no sun shade in audience sitting area and have to bear all the Heat during summers that's the only reason I'm giving one less star rating, rest everything is fine
A national level ground with experts having sound knowledge of sports. Here there is running court, high jump , long jump valley Ball and basket ball also. One can surely visit here and enjoy the sports you like the most. Thank you.
