Very worst customer service. Inexperience staffs. I made a mistake buying Ather 450x from Trichy Ather Experience centre. Purchase my vehicle in July 2023. Vehicle Pre Delivery Issues: Vehicle has been promised on certain date, but once full payment has been done, all the stories,has been told to push the promised delivery date further. I have been told that, the software they have doesn't match the vehicle, so they have to wait for new set of software package. Their promises are very dynamic. Worst Delivery experience. Vehicle was not properly prepared for delivery. No Pre-delivery checks has been carried out. Vehicle features not all explained, other than charging procedure. Vehicle Post Delivery Issues, Vehicle Registration plate has sent to a address,which I insisted not at all to be sent. Even after clear cut instruction, that I will personally collect the number plate, they sent them across to the address which is 60 kms away. The best part is, Nobody knows that in Ather experience centre. They called me to come and collect the Number plate, upon reaching there, everyone started searching for the number plates. Since I am new to Ather, I haven't noticed 450X decal is not been installed in my vehicle ,until I visited the sevice centre for fixing number plate. Upon Raising the issue, and some trying to cover up scenario by Ather experience centre's manager, I got the Decal fitted. Vehicle's Registration certificate. Till date, I haven't received any call from the Ather regarding my vehicle RC. It been more than a month now, No clue about the RC. Please understand from the examples, that how unprofessional the staffs are. I suggestion is please avoid buying Ather from Trichy Experience centre. Ather is a very good vehicle, but coz of showrooms like this, we con't experience the vehicle to the full.

Really worst service.. My break lever got broken. 4 times I have given complaint and waiting for 2 Months, still no response. From my reference my friends brought 5 vehicles, but every one feel the same about the service. Few of my friends had Ola and feel that are getting best service at place. No one taking responsibility for this issue. Lot to share about this worst service.. Have given one star since, unable to post this comments without star

Such a wonderful showroom. I was stunned by seeing the naked version of the Ather bike. The quality of the bike body is made of aluminum and the suspension is mono. When the sales person started to explain about the bike is quiet normal which is usual as other bikes but when I drive the bike it was wonderful experience which is some magnetic force is driving or something I feeling like an illusion or am falling with zero gravity. It was an awesome experience driving the bike and it is a good bike and making quality of the bike quiet good. If u are planning to buy an electric bike u better go with this bike.

Super pick up ather. Very smooth to raide. Handling very soft.all over this EV super up. But Biggest disapointment only this Prize Range.OVER PRIZE.OVER PRIZE.ONLY DRAW BACK.

Worst customer care . Don't buy from them , if you are at distance . At first , they accepted to come to our place for service , and to solve any problem / issues . They said they will collect technician charges and transportation charges . Like this only they promised , while buying the vehicle from them . After buying , they changed their stance that they won't come to our place for service / repair . Currently my 450x is having issues regarding starting . With issues / problem I'm really having frustrating experience with the vehicle . It won't start promptly . I contacted the sales person from whom I bought the vehicle and discussed about this problem . He says , it is not our duty to come to your place and resolve the problem . We are busy in the showroom . I spend about 1lac 71 thousand for this vehicle . Now it is in unusable state in shed . Employees of this showroom are not even ready to resolve or listen to our queries . They are saying that I have to put the vehicle in lorry and I have to reach the showroom for service / Repair . Frome my location , the lorry charge for transportation 11,000 . Then what is the point in getting ev vehicle over petrol vehicle . If I want to spend 22,000 for every service , it will be a huge money ovep owning a petrol scooter . This showroom , employees are acting differently after selling the scooter . No customer care not even in mouth level . Very rude behavior . Now ,my ather scooter is in repair, no one is resolving my issue

The place has good ambience. It's a dealer owned place. The product specialists there are polite and honest with their product. Note: This review is just about the centre and not about the product Ather EVs. Product wise it's just marketing traps. They will ask for subscriptions even for ordinary free features like maps and navigation. They may use the same Google maps but loot money from people asking for subscription to use it. And everyone knows that Ather is not a very good product compared to other scooters in the market. Basically Ather is way too low in standards for their price and products compared to their competitors. So people with no knowledge about their competitors' product they will fall into the traps of Ather. Literally their competitors give everything one could ask for in EV at a 40,000 lesser cost than Ather. Only ignorant people will buy without research in the market. And not to mention that they have a poor customer service. Basically it's a failure product for its price. And no need to mention that most of the money u used to buy Ather, ends up in marketing. I am not saying to not buy. But just research all the competitors and decide yourself.
