Bad service we have complaint about dot charger is not working last week they are saying the man will come and you have to pay charges of 550 we agree to pay 550 but no one is coming we are getting really difficulties in charging our vehicle over service I would give zero if there was an option. really bad experience in service we are getting from ather service hope they do better...............

I have got my ather 450x from patwa auto drive. The experience of buying the scooter has been extremely smooth and fast. My initial interaction was with Abhinay from the Patwa Auto Drive who has helped in making the purchase extremely smooth and convenient . The interaction with the other members of the team Darshan and Komal also was very good and attitude towards customer has been also very good. Apart from this the store has a very good ambience with comfortable seating and a clean washroom. 5 stars for the upkeep and cleanliness of the store. I also would like to share my service experience which was very prompt and an issue related to charging port that I experienced in the first 10 days was resolved within 2hours absolutely hassle-free and no charge was paid as vehicle was under warranty. This is the only reason that urged me to choose ather over any other electric scooter. A plus being Patwa Auto Drive has kept thir promise regarding hassle-free service and support. I wish the patwa team all the best for their new venture. May both Ather and Patwa Auto Drive group grow to great heights and may we keep getting their support and service to having a smooth transition to using electric scooters.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this organization's service department. After my vehicle required servicing, I scheduled an appointment and was told I'd have to wait 8 to 10 days! This delay is simply unacceptable. It's clear that they prioritize selling vehicles over providing timely and efficient service. I expected better, and this experience has left me thoroughly disappointed.

My Ather Lock got stuck on the 3rd day of delivery itself. Had shown it twice to the service centre but they didn't change the lock. Now it is the 3rd time I have to visit the service centre and then they have fixed it. Very Poor Service I must say. It is a good EV scooter but they really need to work on their service centre.

Recently I went here for charge my vehicle. But whenever I came maximum time charging point are off. And many times it charge slowly and shows red signal and stops charging. It weast my time. So, Ather community please adjust this problem.

Providing you misinformation. Changing the last name for booking at the name of subsidy just to charge extra money from the customer. It's frustrating that customer is coming to finally book the vehicle but these poeple are there to ruin it. Bad experience.
