Here is an honest review. Do not be pulled in by the flashy showroom. The ather bikes are fine but their customer support is so horrible that it will make you regret your purchase. From processing simple refunds to getting queries resolved, feels like a battle againt the gods. Also the dealership is delaying my state subsidy filing. Another star reduced for that. The purchase experience was smooth and nothing else was worth the premium. I am only worried about the after sales services that I may need in future. A review on the scooty- Too much features that you really don't need. Ather battery protect is a must as it gives 5 Years of trouble free ownership, but since day 1 I have had troubles with subscription plans. Make sure you read all fine lines and get your plans active to the right dates. I got the 450x . But I feel 450s would be the better choice. In a few days of time I don't find the touch screen so much useful. The led segment display does a much better Job of visibility.

Ather itself is a brand. For those who don't know, you can visit the ather space and take a test ride. Coming to the experience here, it was smooth. Got my ather delivered on the opening day and amidst a huge celebration. Staffs are super polite and guide you throughout the process. Thank you Ather Bhubaneswar. The experience was awesome. Staff members were really polite and have a positive vibe. The delivery experience was awesome, i was accompanied by Subhasish mohanty bhai, he was really helpful and true to his work. Overall experience was really nice .

Excellent Scooter and Service.. They came to my place.. processed loan..processed the exchange of my old vehicle.. delivered vehicle in a week.. as I had a surgery on my leg.. I could not come to their showroom. I saw someone has written negative review against Susant.. It is really a fake review. He is the person who helped me from day 1 till the vehicle was delivered. Whenever I face any problem, I call him and he always have helped me. Thanks for that.
