Awesome experience showroom, executives are very polite and tends to clarify any sort of doubts regarding the new revolution (vehicles on electricity)..specially Mr.Manish...their clarify each and every conplex doubt which can be even understood by layman making the technology easily understandable, recently purched a EV got amazing discounts and even a scratch card to avail amazing goodies(Dushhera offer) and am happy with overalll service till date, kudos to the team.

I have purchased Ather X 450 pro pack from Ram Ather Somajiguda, Mr.Chandra shekar helped for smooth vehicle delivery before PR was excellent at store. Had a worst experience after purchase of ather vehicle . 1)They have taken 6 days to fix the extra accessories to vehicle, haven't informed me while payment that accessories not available at store and Taken two times to service Center even I have to follow up to return the vehicle 2) PS( Mr.Bhaskar) has promises free seat cover and floor mat worth of Rs. 1600 but after delivery they have fixed the worst seat cover and floor mat which is not worth of Rs.250 While purchase of vehicle offered free Helmet worth of Rs.1799 but worst helmet actual cost of helmet is Rs.1 Helmet quality is worst & not safe to wear while driving. 3)Mr.Chandra Shekar misplaced bike resignations documents. After speaking to them shared in whatsapp but nothing worked out by the ather team , have too manage by own at RTO office 4) pro pack invoice followed up with ather PS they have not shared the invoices for the total amount I have paid for the vehicle 5)worst experience after vehicle delivery, I have visited store many times to solve the issue 6) vehicle dashboard automatically turns complete white screen while driving & unable to switch the modes when driving the vehicle Pathetic experience from Ather Somajiguda team, for closing lead and to reach target they will be in hurry. Once you purchase a vehicle they will not respond, I am sharing my pathetic experience at ATHER TEAM.. I never recommend anyone to buy at Somajiguda showroom.

Myself mohan taken delivery of Ather450Xpro lunar grey it was so happy to inform the way of response I have got from the person name called Nikhil was extremely helpful and at the delivery moment the surprise what I got Is next level.. I came for delivery with my bestie on friendship Nikhil gave a huge surprise for me and my bestie. Overall it's awesome mind blowing. A shocking presentation given to me from Rama group.Thank you
