4 stars because the staff of service centre are attentive but ather itself is expensive and will make you get irritated by it's service... Meaning each and every spare part is expensive on its own. Feels depressing just to spend thousands on spares

I feel performance, design and usage of the product is good. Should have work on software could have been better and still it has problem in network issues. Worst is the sound way too noisy and given for service 3 times even after delivery at start still the same gets way irritated by sound don't feel like riding a electric it feels like petrol bike, night riding on ather electric is worst feeling.

Best service centre.. friendly with customer.. manager mr deepak is best guider.. mr danush also best supportive.thy never disappointed.. always supportive with customers.. even ather is costly in service,and not value for money.. but service centre people are owsm.. very friendly and supportive..

Best hospitality is given from the service squad. Specially the way Mr.Deepak service manager of ather Mangalore and Mr.Dhanush advisor talks to the customer is way far better than other companies. I'm very much satisfied by the service...

Recently had to replace parts for my Ather after some body panels were damaged. I claimed insurance for this and kept the vehicle at service centre . Entire process was completed parts were replaced and vehicle was delivered the same day. The manager also helped clear the cashless insurance to be claimed on same day by coordinating with the insurance company. A very good experience.

Friendly staff, was offered water while waiting. Nice customer lounge with AC.

I visited the Service centre on 21-01-2023 for the second time, to get my 450X scooter serviced. Very good service was provided by the experienced Staff of the Service Centre. I got back my scooter after service in time.
