Sad to write here but I can't control my anger anymore. I told bhaiyaji to leveling my hair but all his concern was 'its beautiful from back maam'. WTH now wenever I see myself at mirror I feel like a man who just shaved his beard(daari) aina dekne se irritateregret hota hai. Was a regular customer (for hair cut) but abhi lagta h kahi aur jana parega.

I went for my pore cleansing purpose in order to remove all my blackheads and comedones. They told me in order to cleanse my pores, I need to do the Basic Facial (Fruit) for 1070/-. I told them I don't want to worsen my acnes by face scrubbing and all. I just want to clean my clogged pores. They said it wont get worse. So i said okay. But after coming home, my acnes got more reddish and swollen but I still would not have mind if my pores had got cleaned completely. It DID not got cleaned properly. I still have blackheads. I googled the proper blackhead removing process and found that you need to use steam to open up the pores before cleaning it with the tool and they did not use anything like that. In short, I still have blackheads and the experience was not good.

In the process of threading, got cut marks on my both eyelids & another cut mark on nose during facial massage Dn't know what kind of service ASTRID provides but will not visit again for sure. Over all had pathetic experience

It's expensive but not professional inside. I paid 5k so that they can ruined my hair. And I still hate whenever I see my hair on the mirror, gonna color my hair myself tomorrow, Visit on your own risk Ps: they don't deserve even one star

I booked an appointment for hair cut and they said they will call me but they never did

Went for threading cut my skin very badly.....worse experience.....

Located in a congested place. No arking place. Ambience of the salon is average
