Kudos to all nursing staff. They were a great support during the difficult times. Night staff were exceptional always running to people's aid - I felt they were overloaded with work. Found new respect for the night staff The facilities staff were so polite, lot of patience and so respectful. They were amazing people. Over all great service and support. All of staff members were awesome people.

My father being under the care of Dr. Ganeshakrishnan Iyer for a heart surgery for aortic valve replacement and bypass, and I can't express my gratitude enough. Dr. Ganeshakrishnan Iyer and his team (Dr Prashanth, Dr. Arul and team) are not just a highly skilled and experienced heart surgeons; they are a true lifesavers. From our very first consultation, Dr. Iyer put my mind at ease with his warm and compassionate demeanor. He took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure, patiently answered all of my questions, and ensured I understood what to expect. The procedure went flawlessly. Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

I got admitted under urology doctor govardhan Reddy and sanjeev. Both are very kind and supportive ,excellent treatment given and mingling with me in a very friendly manner. Aster CMI is One of the best hospital with good facilities and the top consultants in the south India. specifically 3rd floor A sector Nursing renuga and team were excellent service and Patient relations team Dhayanidhi and ishika was very helpful for the needed services and our queries. One of the best hospital with good facilities. We had taken full body checkup for both. Really good staff and friendly staff. They have given compliments breakfast. Doctors also good. All are very professional doctors and nurses who work with patients.

I am retired banker and having asthmematic issues since long back. This is my first visit at Bangalore with my son on 1st August 23 and I felt that asthma started triggering me very badly with in span of 3-4 days after arriving .We started searching a good hospital nearby. We found the name of Aster CMI hospital. We took appointment on 5th evening and after entering here it looks like a world class hospital and treatment started from OPD, Emergency, ICU and in a deluxe room in a very friendly and in a professional approach.The team of doctors, nursing staff, assistants, dietician , physiotherapist team and even cleaning staff all are very supportive and attentive. I am fully satisfied with the treatment given by very experienced team of pulmonologist. Last but not the least I am really thankful to all.

Overall helpful staff and good service. Crowd management can be improved and nursing support staff can be increased in departments like gynaecology so that patients don't have to run around for trivial things things like TT injection etc. Also see that some of the good doctors who were there in the past have left for good.
