Hence, after getting myself checked with a orthopedist, I was advised to undergo the physiotherapy sessions Finding this place: A mutual friend recommended me to this place. Also, since it was nearby (5 min walk max), I gave this place a shot. Unique Elements: The clinic has a great onboarding experience. They have constructed their separate metrics to gauge the pain and mobility level in people. Through this as a start point, they will progress with the course of the treatment. My Experience: I successfully finished my treatment in 25 days. The doctors give their full undivided attention to patients here. Even in my slot, the doctors were closely monitoring me through each progression. Hence, it kept me motivated to continue with my treatment here. I came to see Dr Ruchika after dealing with mild neck and back pain for 4-5 years. The X-ray showed that I had a slight curvature in the spine. For the first week the doctor worked to relieve the pain and then she guided me through various exercises for the next 4 weeks. Overall the treatment was very good from the start and I noticed a very clear change from the first week itself. By the end of the treatment my neck and back pain was completely gone and my body felt much more aligned. The other doctors are also very nice and I felt very comfortable from the start.

I was suffering from joint pains ( due to osteo arthritis) for quite some time. The pain in my right knee suddenly became acute - everyone was quite negative about my future. Doctors too had scared me a lot ( seeing my x-ray). Luckily, Dr. Aisha took charge of my treatment and was quite clinical in the whole procedure. My pain has subsided, am now mobile and most importantly didn't need to take any pain killers ever since my treatment (with Aspire Physiocare) started. My wife too is undergoing treatment ( seeing my progress) and so far her progress has been encouraging ( her neck muscles are more flexible)

I was suffering from multiple ligament tear, I started treatment at Aspire two months post injury. I was lacking confidence in daily activities such as walking and climbing stairs. One month into the treatment i was able to do most of my routine activities. After completion of 3rd month of treatment, now i am able to do weight training and also gained my confidence to get back to sports.

My father had an IT band fracture and couldnt walk without the walker after the surgery. He had lost confidence in walking by himself. Dr. Ruchika not only helped my father getting his confidence back, she also gave lot of motivation to stand on his feet again. She's one of those rare doctors who actually wants to see her patients recover as early as possible. She's truly amazing and I can't thank her enough for everything she's done for my father as a doctor and as a human being. She knows exactly how to treat senior citizens as she is very patient and an extremely sweet person. Will be forever grateful for the way she treated my father :)
