My mother suffered from L1 , L2 bone compression last 3 months back. After taking 2 months full rest as per Ortho's advice, she was advised to do Physio exercises for lower back. I had a backpain during my postpartum period, i couldn't do any work, even I can't lift any objects. It made be depressed and felt very bad. Then I found this ASP and I took 10 sessions with them.
