Recently, attented a function and Parking guys are professional beggers. House keeping services downgraded (not up to the mark.) Infrastructure fading. Music and entertainment- light and enjoyable. Quality for food preparation and services - at lower side. In vegetarian meal - only potato items more. Required to added or change the items from tipical menu, not found the legacy taste and nor authentic traditional food item . In non-vegetarian meal - option are okay and okay. Cost wise - a bit at high end as per the services, quality authentic food item.

The Hotel is very good in all aspects, it provides fabulous ambience and good staff too. No disturbance , no issues...it's just perfect. Also it has a very good staff who treats well with respect. Just the food was not that worth as per prices. Hoping to visit it again if got some offers

It was amazing stay at this oldest known premium property in Jammu. very courteous staff. Pool and gym were open as well. Food is amazing. Better you make your booking with breakfast to enjoy it more. Support of staff for anything if required was good. From checkin to check out everything was taken care.

The overall experience of staying in the hotel otherwise was good except one or two issues related to maintenance which need to be addressed immediately for the comfort of guest and safety of their belongings. There was a water leakage in the room from AC at wardrobe, for which the wardrobe was damp from inside and outside. When we checked in on 09.06.23 at around 2.30 pm in room number 207 one small size rat came out of the room which could be verified in the CCTV camera installed in the lobby. Swimming pool is not solely for the guests, It is but leased out to a local swimming instructor who conducts swimming classes in morning and evening shifts for the local people. So you find a crowd of local people, kids and their accompanying guardians at pool side. Guests are also allowed but along with them. Food quality in the hotel was good.

Its was a very bad experience. Room was so dirty and the pillows were not confortable and unorganised. Washroom was very dirty there was hairs spreaded on the floor of the washroomand door handle was broken . Ac was not working . Rice was uncooked and the chef was not agreeing that the rice is uncooked. The yakhni we tried that was the only thing we had there otherwise it was a worst experience to stay there and wasted our money there.

Very uncooperative staff... untidy rooms .... expensive price as compared to the room quality... basic thing like air conditioner was not working properly ... will definitely never come back to this property.. and will also advise people to totally avoid this property and go for another one where it is worth paying the money.. worst night stay experience

hard to find anything good about the hotel. the staff, specially the receptionist sitting at 8:00 pm was rude af. the bathroom hygiene was very bad and there was water leakibg theough the roof. the pool is overcrowded, the drinks are bad af. the whole expirence of 2 days was really bad.
