Good hotel near to Ashvem beach having nice swimming pool for adult and kids. Hotel location is quite inside from market but near to Beach which is under walking distance. Reasonable Hotel at Beautiful Ashvem beach. Good food and services. And Most importantly Ashish who managing and handling complete Hospitality is more supportive and interactive person. Had nice stay.

Best Hotel in this budget more like I came to my friends house so helpful guys all of the team amazing hospitality. 1. Food top notch. 2. Rooms huge rooms with amazing view 3. Pool biggest I have came across. 4. Location walking distance from the beach. 5. Staff very courteous and polite. Thank you guys Ashish you made us feel like home Thank you.

We are really lucky to have this place in goa. Best service and management. Just dont miss there sea food because they have awesome food quality. Management services are too good. Best place to visit and stay with relax mind. Must try and never to forget this place for our trip.

This place and the people are extremly loving and caring. they guided us with good options in exploring Goa...The hotel Incharge Mr. Ashish is very energetic and ready for all that is required professionaly....we enjoyed the pool very clean and also economical place to saty, with good food and peaceful saty...Assure you a pleasant stay and much more then value for money

This place has been a real letdown. The service here hasn't been up to any mark. They've been missing out even on basic amenities like towels, hand wash, and even toilet paper. And to make things worse, the bedding stinks like it hasn't been washed for days. The power keeps going out for a long time, which just adds to the hassle. Despite asking over and over for WiFi because I need it for WFH, the staff promised but didn't actually give us any. So, the first floor was stuck without any internet throughout our stay. Talking about the rooms, they're not up to par. The bathrooms have these windows that open to weird hallways, which doesn't feel private or clean. The lights inside are so dull, it feels like you are living in a cave. And don't even get me started on the food prices. They seem to change whenever they feel like it. It's like they're not serious about doing business the right way. I was really looking forward to leaving, but because of the reservation, I had to stay for longer than I wanted. Considering all the problems and how disappointing the whole experience was, I can't honestly suggest this place to anyone. I'd strongly recommend checking out other options - there's got to be way better places to stay than this one.

Hotel staff is polite and attentive. Food quality is fabulous. Having a big swimming pool with clean and clear water.

The location is calm, and the host, Ashish, is amazing and gets everything done quickly. The location is family-friendly, with a fantastic pool and cleanliness. Highly recommend

Rooms are very good and clean. In budget rooms rent and food. All the staff were cooperative but good. thank you
