If you're looking for a peaceful place where you can meditate and stay in the moment, feel free to visit this tiny Buddha temple in Ashok Vihar Society.
Yes, it's basically a society, inside of which is a temple, a cute and peaceful one.
It's very far away if you're a resident of Chandigarh. It's located inside a small village called Naya Gaaon inside this society.
I didn't knew it until I reached here.
The way is hard, roads are upside down. But this cute temple is nice.
It's clean and green.
Please beware of the monkeys. They're very naughty and try to tease you while you're meditating.
Lots of love and blessings
Try to maintain the temple clean.
Be free. Explore. God bless.
Until next time.
It has a peaceful atmosphere & this is a good place for spiritual activity. The premises includes a good hall/auditorium for musical, prayer & cultural activities. On the day I visited it was Sunday. Parking here is spacious too. Every time I visit this temple I feel close to my roots and my parents . Namo Buddha

This place is very calm and peaceful. The road leading here is very rough and patchy. It was very difficult to reach here. On the occasion of Budh Poornima, there were many people.
