Ashakiran Hospital - Dr. Ashish kale - Fertility clinic in Pune - Pune, India

I visited their Baner clinic because our Ayurvedic family doctor ahd recommended Dr. Asha Kale. Having reached there got to know that she's available in the hospital in the city. Nevertheless, I met Dr. Ashwini Kale and was highly impressed by her and Dr. Ashish's credentials. I had a Normal conception. Though the facility was good I was sceptical to continue as it was an IVF centre.. I wanted a second opinion but due to personal reasons never took any. Eventually I visited only Dr. Ashwini and she and Dr. Ashish delivered my baby. Though I highly respect both of them there were a few things which could improve the overall experience:.1. I wish there was more streamlined explanation of the pregnancy journey and empathy because this is a time when one highly depends upon their gynaec. 2. Regular weight and bp checks were missing on every visit. 3. Despite my request I wasn't allowed to hold my baby after delivery as I was told she is bound for another hospital which I understood but still missed to hold her in my arms/chest. 4. The room facility in city needs improvement - starting from worn out gowns , obsolete care, absolute lack of lactation consultancy or help - so much that after my c section, my baby didn't receive my milk for four days etc. 5. The receptionist or helper in Baner wasn't much qualified to handle an IV unit - I passed it off as one time event, hopefully she improved later. 6. Good infrastructure in Baner but needs improvement in the city Now let me highlight good parts: 1. Dr. Ashwini was approachable over phone and WhatsApp 2. She explained prescriptions whenever requested. 3. She was extremely supportive towards my last trimester - I think the relationship needs time to build. 4. After my delivery, all three Dr. 's Rounds on day 1 and 2 were supportive. Especially Dr. Asha Kale's round was warming. 5. The breakfast at the hospital (in city) was good .. he he 6. Supportive doctors were regularly monitoring parameters and overall decent support staff. 7. My appointments were reminded to me by the receptionist timely. 8. Overall it was a good experience but to some extent the joy was curbed due to above points which need improvement. I missed the end to end pregnancy care here. To those who are highlighting payment issues and rude behaviour, I never faced any as all online methods were working. However sometimes I didn't like the test laboratory recommended as they seemed expensive to me than the ones I could have visited on my own. I would say the doctors were direct in communication which is a puneri style I guess, but I won't call it rude. Also since mine was a normal conception, it could vary from others ' experience. But I am hopeful that the Doctors and management will take the feedback in their stride. Thanks and all the best.

He is doing his job only for money ..totally absence of humanity ...too much hidden things ..never explain anything...nurses also never give good treatment...she never give all reports of test...he played with emotions of patient...never go here...economically and mentally also very loss at this place.

Third class service.... Loss of money.....(I wasted my money 6 to 8 lacs in this hospital) Very careless doctor and team no proper response from careless staff... All doing only for money Doctor don't have any expertise in maternity doctor only playing with patient emotions and money.

I am very very thankful to Dr Ashish kale I have conceived from his treatment. Dr ashish give me best solutions, solved all my queries. He takes care of all small small things. This shows how much importance he gives to his patients. Anita sister and reception staff is also very cooperative.

Dr. Ashish Kale has been amazing, caring, supportive and wonderful in providing treatment and giving adequate mental support to myself and the family during the entire journey of pregnancy. His confidence and timely response helped us through this challenging time. He has given us the most beautiful gift of a baby. Dr ashwini kale is greedy for money. She took 50,000rs for my abortion. Later I came to know those pills are available in 1000rs. Refund my money. Don't visit her, you will get in her trap.

Hello Ashakiran Team, I would take pleasure to thank entire Ashakiran team and would like to share the experience which we had in last 2.5 years. Me and my wife were undergoing treatment of getting positive result since 2.5 yrs and finally we had that day. We had lots of ups and down but Dr. Ashish Kale, Dr. Ashwini Kale and Anita Sister had stood by us all the time and supported in each and every step wherever it was possible. We has been treated as a family, continuous follow up was took by Anita Sister to come for check up whenever it was required.
