This guest House room's are not clean, unpleasant smell is there, blankets are unhygienic and with stains. Walls of the rooms are moisture. Hot water supply only in morning. Mosquito are plenty in rooms. The only good thing about guest house is near by Murudeshwar temple.
- Location is nice, very accessible to temple and great views from the Balcony. The beach in front is also nice where you get beautiful pictures with the temple backdrop. - Rooms themselves are not great. They are ok, not very clean. The towel they gave me was pathetic and was stinking bad.
It was a last minute adjustment. Rooms are not so good. Mosquitoes troubled throughout night. No kitchen. If you order food, they will get it from other hotels . Only positive is that it is located very near to temple complex.
We had a pleasant stay in Aryana Guest House. The room was clean and the view was amazing. It's just 200 mtr away from Murudeshwar temple and you can go for a walk. The only thing is the front beach area is dirty you can see lots of beer bottles and food disposable.
Room was big and clean..we took 7 bed big ac room and experience was good..you can see the statue ans temple from the beach
Overall a good beach side hotel. . Chandrakant was courteous & helped with fixing the TV & sending hot water to the room. It would be best if they start room service for food & a small coffee shop inside
The location of this property is the best. It is close to the beach and temple. I would definitely recommend for any family to stay. Their cab service was top notch and would recommend to avail that for any travel nearby. The chauffeur was also good.

Best place to stay with family and friends. Best staff. The manager named JK is too supportive. He helped a lot by booking vehicles, auto, suggesting places nearby to all coordination. Yes definitely don't miss the breakfast. It's too tasty.

I expected a little better even though this is only a one star hotel. Had to ask for a towel and sheets for the bed and make it myself. Food stall across the road made me a nice omelette which was the highlight of my quick visit.
Visited this place for dining. Outside dining was the best in are available as you will get a near view of the Sea while having your dinner. You can also hear the sound of Sea waves while enjoying your dinner. Taste was good of all the items we order
