Here one can revive physical as well as mental health. The best place in Guwahati to practice Yoga for me. The staffs and all the Yoga Teachers are cooperative and highly professional.

The Yoga Studio is where one can learn yoga. The teachers are amazing ! The other staff members are as good and friendly. One can come for regular practice of yoga or can join courses such as certificate course of 6 months, diploma of 1 year and post graduation course of 2 years. It has a beautiful lounge area and a yoga lab for practice. Coming here will give you immense relaxation.

The instructors are very supportive and professional and at a same time the ambience is very neat and clean, peacefull environment.

The ambience here is great and I love my sessions. Indeed a great place for both our mental and physical well being.

The biggest wealth is health. Yoga is necessary to stay healthy

Beautiful ambience with sensitive and knowledgable instructors. Arunima dutta is the best. A globally renowned yogi. If you are not here then definately you are missing it all.
