Attended a function. The space is ok. But the toilets are inside the hall sitting area which is not good. Atleast should have something to cover or a wall or something between bathroom and hall.
Worst experience!! Pathetic service.. Wash Rooms are all dirty and leaking.. No Set up Box for TV... No internet.. Above all, no auto power back up.. when I stayed power went off in the mid night amidst a 35 degree Chennai weather.. They dint turn the Back up on for 30 mins.. I called them thrice in this odd hour sweating myself out totally.. They said they'll wait for 30-40 mins for power restoration.. its only after then back up would be turned on.. Staff are so rude.. They are not trained Hotel staff.. Just some low class cheap labour without any knowledge about hospitality.. It does not qualify for a single star.. but, they claim to be a 3 star hotel.. Once the payment is done, they are least bothered about the guests.. A road side Lodge will be a much better choice... Don't get deceived with the exterior looks!! Check the room in person before paying.. and If you check you'll never decide to stay!
Rooms are good. service is slow(request for extra bed took 30mins even after informing about the need for it while checking-in in the afternoon). they are clearly understaffed. Breakfast isn't free. 125 per head. water which is usually free is 25 per bottle, no soap in the room. Stay for the rooms and if you have patience.

It was a very worst experience. Please check your soap and shampoo expiry dates before you are using. It had been expired a year before. The towels provided are torn and not in good shape.

Not value for money. Price should not be more than Rs.2000. Mosquito were there. Not able to take Breakfast as it was too late. Extra bedding was provided after so many reminders. Wardrobe was not clean. Wash basin was choked. Service should be improved with lower price.
Mosquito godown for RS.3000/night. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. such a cheapo for RS.3000 also worst toilet, VERY VERY POOR AMBIENCE. They don't provide Tooth brush and paste like other hotels. And the towel which is supposed to be in white, is in brown color. Don't REGRET after booking this hotel. Very small room for RS.3000. DONT BOOK. whatever the images you see in their website, don't match with the actuals
