I started yoga 9 months ago with Arti ji. I suffered from severe back ache and sciatica since ten years . Even after taking a lot of medications, I didn't see much improvement. Then I decided to practice yoga under the guidance of Arti ji. She is an absolutely wonderful person and an amazing guru. She is extremely kind hearted and helpful. I always enjoy doing yoga at her classes. I feel more energetic, happy and calm. When I suffered from back pain, I was not able to sit on the floor. The doctor also strictly advised me not to do the same. But after a few months at Arti ji's classes, I was completely able to sit on the floor and i do surya namaskar practice yoga and back exercises. I will be eternally thankful to her because she helped me improve on both, a mental and physical aspect. She gave me a new hope! Thank you Arti ji Grateful and blessed :) - Priti

These are exceptional sessions.. going regularly to these sessions have solve my breathing issues now I am able to regulate my breathing even after a rigorous session of cardio.. It has also helped me by reducing period pains

Really healthy n beneficial training given by Arti ji. She is excellent trainer n full of wisdom n knowledge. I was unable to sit on floor but now after her yoga training i can sit comfortably.
