One of the very old, beautiful and centrally located centre's of Art of Living. Had done my first basic course here only in Jan 2008. Excellent venue for learning yoga and meditation through various courses, follow ups and attending satsang.

Proud to share that learning Sudarshan Kriya has helped me to enrich my perspective and quality of life amazingly. Heightened Enthusiasm and increased Energy Levels empower me to optimize my use of the daily available 24hours,not only for myself but for others too. I learnt to manage my health more holistically thanks to the Yoga I learnt in the workshop. The lifestyle/dietary changes which are imparted here helped me to live a healthier and happier life.
