Amazing gym with really good trainers. They are well informed and knowledgeable. They're very polite and help us with everything we need. The gym also has a lot of equipment and is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend this to others as well.
Please don't take membership in Arrow Banaswadi.. Air circulation is very bad on the first floor.. it always stinks and the AC is not working. Equipments are good but all the trainers are busy with PT so no one will pay attention inspite of nudging them about this issue.
Too costly. Yes equipments are more but cost too is double. For a normal health enthusiast who is NOT looking to Health & Body Building as a career option.......its NOT value for money.
My go to place for aerobics. My trainer Vindhya is an awesome trainer. I am consistent in aerobics work out and ot keeps me very active.
