Great experience with Arora holidays. Payal helped plan the trip really well for Char Dhaam. All the hotels were as good as the photos initially shown by Payal during the trip planning. Also, Zubair (our driver) was wonderful! He really made our trip special by taking us to all the promised places between the Dhaams and more. He kept the car clean everyday and managed our trip well by reaching all places on time. I would highly recommend anyone who's planning for Char Dhaam yatra to go with Arora holidays without a doubt!

Worst experience... They don't care about their customers... Had booked a Innova car for trip to kedarnath for my relative... They sent the car that was in a bad to worst condition and the driver was drunk too... The driver wasn't picking up calls for hours .. when they made their complaint to the agent instead of making an alternate arrangement he started making excuses and asked them to travel with the same drunk driver... The family had to wait for about 3hrs outside the hotel and atlast had to book another car themself with the help of a local... The agent then started blaming him for payment while the agent had already received maximum sum of the payment... Such a disgraceful behaviour... Will recommend people to reconsider this agency as they don't take care and responsibility of their tourists...

Payal was extremely organised and helped us every step of our Kedarnath and Badrinath trip. They are professional and the drivers are cordial and a great company too. The hotels they recommended were of good quality - this was important considering I was travelling with my parents (senior citizens). Highly recommend travelling via Arora Holidays for dham yatra

Hi I booked a room and stay with arora holidays from haridwar to kedharnath and bharinath I was so upset and the worst traveling experience i had with them as well as they charged double prices for say and for cab they charged extra charges for AC in the cab as well as parking. Rooms are worst but they charge more money for rooms.For personal problem i left 1 day before but they charged even that not only that I requested them to drop me for delhi Because of personal issues they not even consider that and they charged full about . In my personal experience i never faced this type of issues with any travel groups but arora holidays are worst and waste of money 1/10 rating I will send you the screenshot when you send me the cancellation policy after the half payment you send me the cancellation policy... You are talking about sitapur hotel The hotel price is so expensive that we already discussed on the phone that we want less price hotel and while coming to kedharnath tent no one is there in the tent .what you have told me tent is full there are no tent in kedharnath and u cost 2000 per person for the tent but the actually price was 500 what about this say me?
