Rashmi & Arun's Yogshala is a sanctuary of such calm, good, and positive energy. Their yoga classes (both group & personal) are holistic in their approach and cover all aspects of yoga - physical asanas, mental wellness through meditation, & spiritual balance. It has been 3 months I have joined Arogya Rashmi and the transformation which I can feel is immense both in physical and mental level. Earlier I didn't even feel like sitting in meditation but now after joining yoga here my meditation session has become so enjoyable and peaceful for which I am very greatful to my instructors. I had got a lot to learn from here : importance of breathing ,asanas , mudras, how to live a healthy life. It feels something is missing when I miss any of my classes. Its a beautiful experience overall.
