Our stay was quite comfortable and enjoyable there. Location and Premise is good including lot of Nature spots and walking tracks. Food was good. Manager and Staff were on foot for servicing.
It is one of the best resort in Sawai Madhopur. The food is excellent and the rooms are very nice. The service provided by the staff members was very quick and pleasant.
Room service is not upto. Refrigerator r not working. Block WC (toliet) No dispensing of water, tea , cleaness, & tolieters items Star are Negative TV wire not available Intercome is there, not working Where to connect with hotal etc Mobile number do not pick up Cleaning nil . Please don't book hotel by only looking at pictures online also online reviews seem fake , the hotel conditions is WORST EVER I HAVE EVER STAYED. 1 NO tv in room, also fridge placed does not work, there is no international plug to charge laptops and phones rude staff , bad room service 2 Room very bad condition they stink badly 3 food taste bad they even they cant make maggie right way , chicken was stale. 4 VERY BAD STATE OF ROOMS , OYO ROOMS HAVE BETTER SERVICE AND ROOM STATE 5 UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF , BAD FOOD, WORST ROOM , WORST SERVICE If we could give ZERO Star we would, Only book if they are giving it for free.
Half star only for the property. Property is very unmanaged Rooms were smelly and not clean . Staff was not at all courteous. Even misbehaved with us. Food was flavour less. For this I should have given 0 star .
The food was below average. Nothing except maybe the toast and the omelettes were decent, which should tell you everything you need to know about the restaurant. The hotel's service staff was average at best; they took over an hour to provide housekeeping services for us after we had called them. The restaurant's manager and staff, though, were extremely efficient and polite. The bonfire was also well planned and executed, although I was disappointed after hearing about the unavailability of chicken kebabs or other such food items to roast on the fire itself. No alcoholic drinks were available. The rooms were also below average, giving us a TV which brought back memories of my childhood and a window air conditioner which honestly didn't work at all. A tea kettle was also not provided until we repeatedly asked for it. One of the few good aspects about this place was the swimming pool, of what's water they drained and replaced daily. The tea and coffee provided was excellent, which was unexpected. All in all, a good place, and probably one of the best in Ranthambore, if not THE best, but compared to other hotels of the same price range in other areas of the world, it stands disappointingly low in the spectrum.
