Very good store with many kinds of pet products and fish... Sometimes qquality of fish aren't very good but it all depends on the price of the fish you purchasing. Have been a customer for 3 years.
Definitely the best place to stop by if you'r looking for any kinds of pets and it's accessories and the price are cheap compared to other shops.
If anybody going through the reviews to buy a pet, considers him/her-self an animal lover, then you should know how these animals are brought into the shop and the care they get.(Because demand welcomes supply)
They get separated from their mother at a very early age, because of which they do not get the proper nutrients for a healthy life. Resulting in various health conditions.(mostly they have Heart issues).
They meet several people in a day, resulting in mental stress, which is not good at their age.
I bought a german shepherd from this shop, its 2 months old. The shop owner told us that there was no need for medical chekup as it was healthy. But after 2 weeks, I went for a checkup and found that she a heart condtion.
Hence, i would not recommend buying from such shops, even though I myself did. Or, you can do a medical checkup before buying.
Very happy and satisfied with the service. Helpful, friendly owner. I was never left helpless when I faced problem with my aquarium or fishes or accessories. Highly recommended.
Coming to the variety of fishes, we get all kinds and sizes of fishes and with very good health.
Proces: Reasonable prices. The dishes, aquariums and accessories at this rate is nowhere to be found in Shillong.

But two puppies which you bought were constantly barking and crying since shop was closed. Anil bhai you could at least keep the little pups in your house till someone take. Its very heartbreaking since I don't have your phone no to call. I think even you can hear the cries as your shop is downstairs.
I was feeling helpless with shutter closed. Its been more than 6 hours constantly crying and barking. At least take care they are babies too be it human or not.

If you're looking for a solid fish store with healthy fish and plants at affordable prices, this is a must visit place! :) After visiting quite a few fish stores, this one is definitely one of my top favorites. Located right on the City Centre, this place is pretty easy to find and a huge parking space in the ground levels.
In general, this place has quite the variety in plants and freshwater. Plants are always super healthy and I never had any issues with the fishes.
Service - The owner here is Pretty chill and friendly! Very knowledgeable about fish and plants and the thing I appreciate the most is his patience with answering the numerous questions customers had. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to him at the store and you'll be in good hands.
