We called them 2 months ago our trip and they made reservation over phone. They even called us to check on the day before to confirm. Best Location to go to Tirupati through Tamilnadu tourism. Just opposite to it. Rooms are clean and good! Service was good. Receptionist was very helpful and he recommended a good vehicle to our trip back home. Very close to good restaurants, fruit stalls etc.
Owner is very irritating person..he wants to charge you extra. If u are not from Tamil Nadu then don't go he will not behave u properly...so many cockroaches in washroom....
DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They will chart you that they have not received the booking . I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for this me night via Goibibo. I paid the full amount aswell, but before 2 days of check in, I called the hotel to reconfirm about car parking. But the hotel person said and promised me that they haven't received the booking. And wanted me to check with Goibibo, I did. Goibibo said that the 1. hotel have changed the price 2. They can't give breakfast and dinner for my booking 3. They can't give car parking. Then the hotel got the booking, they are not accepting the booking due some other reason . But the hotel is cheating me that they haven't got the booing. As usual Goibibo did said they will solve the issue with 24 hours and they disk not since the hotel person is not accepting. Without way I have to cancel this booking . Due ti this useless hotel management.

Small room. Mr. Bala is helpful. Budget hotel. Don't book through other forum like TTDC, make my trip, may not get discount. Even may not get multiple room at same floor even after intimation and booked before 3months ago. Cockroach may seen. If you want to book Traveller the Security person will help, the driver is very good driver with good behaviour.
Good and well maintained clean delux rooms. Easy chkin & chkout. Location is on main road opp medical college. They have in house restaurant but with limited items. Tastes are good. All items as per menu card are not available.
This is a very good budget hotel with clean rooms and cleanest bathrooms, and with other amenities neat and tidy. The services are not bad, and have no issues to be remarked about negative or underperformed, even though they are of a moderate profile for this is not a high end hotel. The location is iconic and absolutely appropriate, as it is adjacent right from the road, and with a wheelchair accessible entrance but with a minimal parking lot for vehicles.
Rooms are good and clean, mini restaurant available . But parking place is very small only few cars can be parked, room rent price is very high due to the location situated.
