Apple maitreya Hospital - Private hospital in Surat - Surat, India

My daughter who is only 8 months was admitted to the Apple hospital for spinal cord surgery. We were advised to admit our daughter to the Apple Hospital by Pediatric Surgeon Dr. Aroon Trivedi while he was a visiting doc at Vapi 21st century. We as parents were completely scared as our 8 months daughter was about to undergo a very difficult and complicated surgery. We come from Palghar, Maharashtra so we had zero contacts in Surat but the Staff was very help especially Mr. Aarif Shaikh. He personally helped us with all the finances stays and earliest responses on our queries. Even the ground staff, nurses and doctors all were very amicable. The hospital is very hygienic. We stayed their for 8 days and trust me from morning to night the cleaning staff cleans the ward at the very least 10 times a day. On every call the masis and the nurses use to come and attend us. Even the top doctors do not show any kind of attitude and they answer all your queries even the silliest ones with equal interest and patience. Truly the best hospital ever. I dont wish any one to want to get admitted to any hospital but if in Surat and if in need be please do visit for all your illness to Apple hospital. They treat you like their own.

Today I admit my baby girl Tnishka bagade here for surgery and they are giving me 100000rs estimate for it. I told him that I am ready to pay. And I admitted my girl here . After that my cousin came to meet me . But the staff nurse's behaviour are very bad. And the security staff is also not good... Very third class service.... The staff are very bad... Not cooperating with patients and their relatives... It was a very bad experience .. I will never come this hospital again ... Not suggesting to others ....

Worst Staff, Management and Doctors. They don't provide proper information of ongoing treatment of patients. Rude and arrogant behaviour. Not trustworthy at all.

Very irresponsible staff. 3rd class service Name is only big not the work. Hospital only works on making money . Very slow service all over. Never come to this hospital choose other hospitals which are in near by

Very bed facilities. Medicine price 3-4 times of normal price. Ask for Unnecessary medicine and after theft the medicine.

Good hospital i admited my new born baby to NICU and all staff is good and Coprativ and carrying. special thanks to Dr. Apoorva shah for good Treatment and suggestions... Thanks to all staff for overnight cooperation. General wards to be improve.. For better facility.
