Apple cart is very old site Himachal Tourism. But now fully new construction in new look . Very good space parking lawn bar,hall , restaurant and new rooms. This is located on Shimla Chandigarh highway.
Magnificent experience, Food and service quality is as par with 5 star hotels, must visit if you want to stay before shimla. Amazing room in genuine rates. It got renovated recently and it provides high class facilities now.

Nice, cosy, and uncrowded stay before Shimla. Good value for money because it is reasonable and prices are not exorbitant as in Shimla. Better-than-usual services, even by HPTDC standards, because I guess the staff goes an extra mile. Also, it has only 6 rooms so staff's attention is not spread all over the place. It has a beautiful garden, a road-facing restaurant serving snacks, play area for kids, and a well stocked bar. At nights the star lit sky looks beautiful and early morning one can enjoy the chirping of birds in the garden outside.

It was a new year when we visited the place and it was very cold. Some rooms are so big and gives you feel of ancient times. Furniture is old but food is awesome as always with Government guest houses. Just for 1 night, Its not at all a bad deal :)
