Apollo Cradle is a one of a kind hospital which makes the pregnancy journey a safe and enriching experience for both the mother and child. An expert team of friendly doctors, supportive nurses, helpful house keeping staff, security staff are there to guide and support us throughout the journey. Dr. Vinutha Arunachalam has helped us deliver our precious baby amidst complications and ensured my pregnancy journey was constantly well monitored and supported. Dr. Vidya (ultrasound) provided great support during all scans being a high risk patient. Dr. J.K.Reddy ensured great care and monitoring of the baby and cleared all our doubts and questions. We received tremendous guidance from the hospital staff at all times. Nursing staff like sister hemamalini, ramya, srijitha, Bala, Jacqueline (2nd floor nurses), recovery and ot nurses under the able leadership of Sister Pushpa ensured excellent care was provided during the delivery process. Mrs. Viji and Billing department also guided us efficiently and ensured smooth processing. The entire journey was very rewarding due to the overwhelming support from the Apollo family. I will definitely recommend Apollo Cradle and Apollo women to my friends and family for their excellent care.

For OP, this hospital is ok or an average... But don't get your child admitted in this hospital (Apollo Cradle Karapakkam) during a critical illness since they don't have an ICU setup here. I got my daughter admitted here and in the middle of the night they had to shift her to another Apollo Children's hospital (Thousand lights)... prior to this , the billing person made me to book a room and I availed it thinking my daughter would stay here for 24 hours. Later, doctors confirmed that there is no ICU setup and shifted her to another Apollo Children's hospital(thousand lights). I asked for processing the insurance claims since they were shifting her only to another Apollo hospital, but the billing person said Karapakkam hospital belongs to Hyd mgmt and Apollo Children's hospital (thousand lights) is managed by Chennai mgmt. He also made me to pay the full room rent (the room where my daughter stayed for few hours) and bills prior to shifting my daughter. I was unable to avail insurance since my daughter didn't get admission for 24 hrs in the same hospital and the amount was huge too. Please don't take admissions since there are also other unavailable facilities here... In addition, I had the similar insurance processing issue earlier..

Hi everyone , my baby got delivered in apollo cradle, thousand lights on Sept- 08 under Dr.nagashree, right from the beginning of the consultation till delivery she explained everything very clearly and helped us to understand everything . And from the support services like housekeeping , f&B, secretary, nursing and till the gate security was very well trained and doing their role very well . Thanks to the entire team once agin and especially to our doctor nageshree

It was an amazing experience of visiting this hospital. I went there in August 2023 for some Gyno related problems of my spouse. We went through a treatment plan for 3 days and I really wanted to mention the name Dr. Vinutha Arunachalam, she is more than a doctor. She will give u that comfort that u r communicating a family member to whom u can trust. The other nurse, lift man, security, receptionist everyone is very helpful.

Had great time at Apollo women's cradle hospital during my sister's pregnancy. We were assisted by Dr.Kanimozhi. All staffs were easily approachable and too friendly and we were clearly instructed with all the procedures time to time. Baby was also given utmost care and regular visit of doctors and nurses on knowing the health condition of Sister and baby was highly appreciable.

I don't understand where they get off being so expensive for utter rubbish services and maintenance. The hospital is filthy and your minimum wait time is 2.5 hours for any consult or test. If this were a government hospital I'd excuse it, but being one of the most expensive hospitals in chennai that can't even keep a washroom clean, just makes no sense. Find your doctors elsewhere, you'll be better off.

No.3315, House Keeping department service was very good. Sanjay, jeebita and lakshaman tended to our needs in a very timely and patient manner. Thankyou for your hospitality.

The secretary of Hemotologist Dr. P Pravu was the worst secretary i have ever meet in the entire Apollo Hospital Chennei !! I don't know the name but the male Secretary is so arrogant & every time when the patients wants to meet the doctor he miss behave in Tamil language and i have seen that including wheelchair patients are also going through it by waiting entire day to meet the Dr !! no preference was given to them also !! Very bad experience
