Apollo Clinic - Medical clinic in Pune - Pune, India

Not sure why do even companies have corporate tie ups with such organisations. Although appointment slots are assigned in advance. Once has to wait for atleast 1.5 hrs just to get the registration done and file ready. And then starts the actual tests where is a big que already. And this all happened on a weekday. Also, i had to wait while on fast. To top it, they dont even serve breakfast after the fasting test giving covid precautions as a lame excuse. Sonography personnel who was supposed to come at 11am reached at 11.30am. Due to this there was complete chaos in the clinic. The patients had no seats to sit. Some of the tests such as eye check, dental checks, sonography etc were all superficial checks. One needs to spend atleast 4 to 5 hrs to complete all the tests on weekdays. On weekends you can imagine the kind of experience one could have. Overall a very exhaustive, unsatisfying experience.

Very bad experience. All the tests were done by nurses only they dont even take BP properly. Sonography test have to wait for 1 hour. Dental and physio are all superficial and add no extra value. Also eye checkup is also not good. They are just doing buisness and no empathy for patients. No normal water available only cold water available.

Worst experience ever IT was company Sponsored Full bOdy checkup The nurses were checking BP and putting random no. 2. When I went there to collect reports- they gave me only BW Prints and no copy of sonography and Xrays. Is this a standard format of any Lab? Such a low std Of Apollo clinic. I wasnt aware of this earlier or I would hv never came to this Lab. Felt like time wasted. I would not recommend this lab to anybody. Whats use of reports without Scan copy? Pathetic service

Avoid weekends. Weekdays preferred. If you have an annual health check up planned, make sure you are constantly with done of the staff, so they guide you for your tests quickly. Overall ok Breakfast coupon not provided ( Ruby does it)

Despite being located on the 2nd floor, the clinic is well-maintained, and the receptionist provides prompt assistance. The clinic offers a range of services, including X-Ray, ECG, blood tests, dental consultations, eye examinations, physiotherapy, and general medical consultations. Additionally, the restroom is tidy, resulting in a positive overall experience.

Came for Annual checkup. No system are placed. Just for initial registration it took 1.5 hr even you have prior appointment with justification that we said 4 to 5 hrs for full test (2 hr waiting and 3 hr test time) that to on weekday. Had raised a concern to POC, but they are not interested to listen the feedback. Hope they improve onwards to sustain in this competitive world. In one word totally mismanaged clinic.

Caring and supporting staff, guides one through whole process . And help at each stage of process. I highly recommend services of Apollo clinic, Aundh to everyone.
