Guys avoid this person at any cost in Apollo Clinic's emergency. Very inexperienced and rudely behaved person. He attempted to inject medicine into my canola, the injection was mishandled, causing the medicine(pantoprazole) to spill into my eyes. Then he started blaming the quality of injection. Also he was intentionally reducing the speed of the IV drip, so that I've to pay more on hourly basis. It is bewildering that a 100ml bottle of medicine was depleted in 3 hours. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative healthcare options when seeking emergency medical attention. With my experience at Apollo Clinic, I believe that patients deserve more competent and compassionate care during such critical moments. This is my second review as my previous review was reported by hospital as they can't accept their fate. My intent is not to harm this hospital's image, just sharing my recent experience with the staff in hospital's emergency.

Went to this clinic for Full body checkup. First they took so long to verify my appointment. And now I'm getting multiple calls midnight to provide them feedback. Total unsatisfied with their services.

Went to consult dentist this morning. Reception billed me Rs 600 for consultation with dr bimal without checking his availability I went to the dental clinic - initially told Dr Bimal is not in, then invited inside and told he's on his way, then 1 minute later that he's not visiting today but the assistant could examine me. I agreed. The assistant examined me superficially in a minute and wrote that I need to go outside for an X-ray since they lack the facility I felt cheated and complained to the receptionist, asking for a refund but she argued and refused the refund Very poor service and total lack of professionalism

In medical circumstances, time is of utmost value. One who can't value time, doesn't deserve to be in this profession. Here at Apollo, sector 8, Chandigarh, the sense of urgency is simply absconding. They make u wait for hours before the doctors come. Even the doctors give false commitments when it comes to appointments. They are least bothered about your pain or disease. All the clinic is interested in is not letting u go out, even if u are dying. They will collect the consultation money as soon as u enter the clinic and then you will wait endlessly for the doctor to reach the clinic. The fees are also hefty so u simply can't move to any other clinic. I'm not visiting this clinic again in my life.

Dr Sumit is very nice person and expert in their domin. but due to hospital staff specific Mr Manoj who was billing staff , try to insult patient attendent saying that" you know that room no 101 charges are 12000" can you afford that charges . where as actual charges are affordable . When some one came to your hospital , they know that we required to pay charges of hospital our discharge dated 22-11-2023 room no 101. Hospital is very nice if management try to learn behavioural approach Of mr Manoj , then such hospital become famous .

Really enjoyed all the services they provide! I appreciate the way staff deals with their patients .It was such a wonderful experience with Apollo hospital. The staff is so helpful and always available for the assistance, specially Priyanka she will help you for your entire checkup with her polite assistance, and the clinic Staff and Doctors were very corporative.

One of the best one stop location for all kinds of tests & diagnostics within Chandigarh. They offer a wide range of services and the experience is quite neat. The staff is also well behaved, and the location of this clinic is very convenient.
