Today, I visited Apollo Clinic @Baharampur for the health check-up. All the staffs of this clinic are well-mannered, hard-working, and dedicated person. They put their enormous effort to provide the best service, completed each task systematically, and replied to each of the queries nicely. Thanks to all the staffs for their kind gestures and humbleness.

Service of Appollo clinic Berhampur is very disgusting. Most of the staff are very non co operative and you would be very lucky if ur call is received in one chance. It is very sad prior appointment of doctors are cancelled several times. And it would be informed just 1 hr before schedule time. If services and punctuality is not improved, it is not recommended at all

I had an appointment for neck USG with the clinic on 10th February, 2021. I have been given the appointment at 10 a.m. by the clinic. However even after waiting almost 2 hours I have not been called for the USG. When I request for a justification for the delay, the front desk executive AKASH ADHIKARI became very rude and started defending saying that I should go to the clinic with ample time at my hand and I should not complain about the delay. Because of this I have been forced to cancel my appointment and come back. I also noticed that none of the front desk executive s are wearing masks. It is a really a worst experience I have so far for any diagnostic clinic.

Very bad experience. They are not considered for the distance patient.when i ask for the day appointment that lady told me one day before you should have come to collect the appointment no and next day you will come on that slot.what no sense

Giving 3 star only because the behavior I faced on today. No doubt, all of the other stuff are very well behaved, except that girl on the reception ( ground floor ). As she wasn't listen properly for which doctor I asked, she just like threatened me that, I am saying wrong. After a long conversation, suddenly she found I was asking for any other doctor than she was giving the information. Whose fault is this?? She is on reception and don't know how to behave?? She must be have the all information but she had not. Front desk/reception zone is playing a very vital role in every where, please maintain the sensitivity.
