Apollo Children's Hospital - Child health care centre in Badlapur - Thane, India

had a really terrible experience at the children's hospital just warning others. The overall lack of attention to detail and unprofessional attitude exhibited by the staff was disappointing.I would strongly advise any parent to consider alternative options for their children's medical needs. This hospital falls short in providing quality care and I feel staff is not educated enough to treat our little ones. This is just for the staff and not for the doctors , treatment is quite good but if we consider other things pathetic.

Very Bad experience Doctors and other staff dont care for children.People stands for hours and hours in que and the staff dont send them by the number.The priority of this hospital is Money not your child's health.

My daughter got admitted and kept overnight within her first week of life, and I was truly amazed by the attention and care given by all staff who crossed her path. Dr. Atul Deshmukh is very calm, listens to your problem and addresses them too. He put us at ease and instilled a confidence in us as first time parents that fills me with joy. I can not thank the nursing staff there enough for taking excellent care of my daughter by making her feel safe and comfortable. Facilities in N.I.C.U. on first floor are upto date and very clean. They have medical shop and laboratory on first floor.

Would like to thank Dr. Atul and Dr. Gauri and all doctors ....from my son advik. The services that I receive from Apollo is excellent. Dr. Atul and all doctors and the staff are very supportive.... Dr.Atul is a great doctor! He's very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! SpecWould like to thank Dr. Atul and Dr. gauri and all doctors ....from my son advik. The services that I receive from Apollo is excellent. thanks to all and sister pratibha and sister angel....both are very very helpful.....thanks a lot...

The most pathetic hospital I ever had. They charge you extra for those services which you did not receive. The staff is so rude they behave like employees of govt hospital and treat you for free. To get a refund of your advance for the cashless claim you need to call several times & pay visits like they don't care. I would never go here again and asked my known people to avoid this hospital. Worst!

Minimum wait time of an hour, doctor is highly unprofessional with respect to time. Alway late that too late by an hour, staff is also unprofessional with lack of knowledge and common courtesy.

Hospital charges are like 5 star but services are 0 like slum ...no proper routine checkup even in ICU, too much hunger of money , nurses are clue less. Staffs has bad attitude they think they are above MD and act just like Govt hospital its people mentality. using Apollo name will.not make you Apollo they don't even offer water or tea in 5000 charges per day which is double than the charges of fortis , global hospital

Pathetic clinic staff. Very bad experience. They do not give you appointment on call and ask you to visit clinic. On visiting clinic, they will make you sit idle for more than 2 hrs. Small children can not wait for so long. It is a common sense. And if doctor and his staff don't have this sense, then you can imagine the level of treatment your kid will receive.
