The facility and cleanliness was pretty good, but they needed to teach the receptionist some etiquettes of receiving the patients. Their behaviour is too rude, as if they are filthy rich. Maybe SHE was one with that attitude but I don't know about the rest.

Terrible management and billing system. They are making the patients wait for 3-5 hours every time, just to create and process a bill after the patient is ready for discharge. Can't say any better of the scheduling of the outpatients. It is a never improving painful experience.

Highly hygienic, superior quality of atmosphere. Courteous staff including the security. Convenient parking facilities. Courteous doctors. Lab facilities. Overall good than many other hospitals I have seen.

Though overall experience is expensive, hospitality is extremely good compared to other hoapitals in vizag. Billing is in 1st and 2nd floors. Waiting time at lifts is high. They charge reasonable price for food. But for medication charges seem to be on higher side. Staff are very cooperative and well mannered. Insurance dept needs support to speed up their functionality. Single room charges are ~Rs.3500 but cleanliness is very good compared to other hospitals.

The Ultrasound test conducted today was pretty fast. Report was handed over within 10 minutes.

I recently went to the hospital for my father's ankle (heel)surgery. Dr. Abdul D Khan ensured that the procedure went smoothly; he was very courteous and went above and beyond. Everything went well, and I'm content with the outcome. However, Apollo Hospital could improve its billing department by hiring more professional staff.(edited) I have talked with apollo and got positive response on feedback hope they will implement it soon

I have undergone ACL surgery under Dr Abdul D khan sir at Apollo hospital Visakhapatnam.The doctors are very friendly and helpful. I am very much pleased with the performance of staff nurses and the support staff The hospital atmosphere is also very clean and neat
