They have a wide range of products with good quality and all... also the staff is quite helpful except for the staff at counter!! They tend to roll their eyes when raised query. Plus the most stupidity is that they charge u for the bag which has their name printed on it with term that we can return and get refund! Like seriously who pay 100rs for traveling to get refund of 35rs??? Along with wasting time!! As per consumer forum it is illegal to charge for carry bag when their name is printed on it! BEWARE!! 5 star is for staff... and negativity is for the counter people !
Online ordering is a little hit and miss. They didn't take the order in the first attempt, and in the second they didn't send all of it, and one thing came broken in transit due to absolutely no packaging, only a plastic envelope. But they fixed their order.
Their collection is good and they're fine if you buy at the store, and they have good service even when the order was not correct.

My fav place to buy art supplies. You almost get all the stationery that you ever want. All the famous brands are available here, including posca markers but you won't be able to get white and black poscas. I have been searching for months now.
