Location of this hotel is best as it is situated in city center. It has a private ghat with a Mandir. We would recommend it for short stays. If you need just a place to spend a few nights while you spend your day visiting places to see in haridwar then this hotel should suffice. However, the restaurant has few items only and food is not very fresh. Lift is not working. For parking your car there is a private car park nearby. The private ghat has a broken iron railing which should be amended else it could hurt.

This place has the best Private ghat, well maintained and very comfortable. The terrace restaurant is very nice though cant say the same for food....definitely needs some improvement there. However, the hotel is not wheel chair friendly. Though there are ramps, yet they all seem to be so non functional. Also, we had to leave early morning around 5 and there was no one to help us with the luggage and the ones that were there, including teh security, were just watching our ordeal and did not even give us a hand. Hospitality is 2/5. We saw many hotels nearby and by far, this was the best with private ghat. Def recommended.

This hotel is full of cheating. Kindly avoid this property. Food and services are pathetic. Ganga facing rooms are over expensive. Balconies are of no use due to monkeys. Rooms are not clean. Maintenance is zero. Bathrooms have no proper. Hygiene is not maintained. Basic doormats outside bathroom were missing. Air-conditioning is not working. We spotted mouse in one room. When we completed all of above the management didn't show any interest. On professional grounds they should offer some better facilities or compensation. Approach to hotel is not at all proper. The street is busy road so parking car is a sin. There is a stiff sloap from road to hotel entrance. No proper boards on street. It's very poorly maintained property. Kindly avoid if possible.

This is to bring in notice ( I posted earlier also) the hotel staff has taken my driving license as I'd proof and they didn't return it back to me. If any misuse take place with my driving license, I will not be responsible. Its with hotel owner. Hotel staff and owner is not responding on any message now. Pathetic team there. I am hoping atleast now I will get response.

I visited this hotel 2 days back and today I have shifted to some other hotel. I booked the rooms I asked them clearly tariff of the room they said 4700/- per night per room including breakfast and GST . And when I started asked for the breakfast they said there are no guest so humble buffet nai kiya hai aap lag se paise dealt kardo . We said OK. We asked for tea they said milk is not available we asked for banana shake they said banana is not available. I spoke at the reception they said kitchen mein baar karke batate hai . Later the receptionist is saying guest Nai hai toh hum buffet nai karte hai . Soo guys please please please before booking the rooms please confirm everything and then book and we had already paid the half amount for the stay .. and it's alll waste.. THE BIGGEST DRAWBACK IS 1) Unprofessional staff behavior 2) Showcasing unavailable facilities 3) Unprofessional staff behavior

One of the Best hotel in haridwar. Room service was very good. Staff was very friendly. And food was very good

Staying here was the most pathetic experience one can have... First the lift stopped working. And then for hours the electricity is gone... No back up . No response... The room telephone connection is not working.. Overall very bad experience

Waste of money.....please dont go....they make fool ...worst hotel i have ever seen.
