Annapurna Veg Restaurant - South Indian restaurant in Munnar - Idukki, India

A very disappointment with the hotel that serve pure veg Plus If you try South Indian it doesn't tastes like south it's a typical North Indian restaurant The coconut chutney is tasteless Plus sambhar is considered more with boiled potatoes and if you asked for extra butter they denied Plus they provide with two spoon ghee Being in Munnar south India. It doesn't feel like I am in south India and their dishes

Visited this place for lunch and had some ghee phulka and subzi. The food was tasty and good. The service was also fast. The place was clean and simple. While this sounds Tamil, the place is a Gujarati restaurant and run by Gujaratis / Marwaris / Rajasthanis. The only issue is I felt the food was overpriced for the simplicity of the restaurant and ambience. But the food was tasty and I would recommend it for that. If you plan to order South Indian food here then your experience might be different.

People from Gujarat will definitely love this place, also the Jain option was available. The food was amazing, I went for lunch and ordered roti and paneer kaju masala and it was delicious.

This was onw of most recommended resturant from any person in Munnar locals but the food and service is delaphidated. They have harsh service voice to the customer and the attitude towards serving is raging. I hope the owner understands the respect needed by the customer to run a business otherwise in no time the will be left with nothing but selling water bottles.

Worst experience at this place. All staff was Rajasthani & too much arrogant. We ordered one uttpam & it was so much thick & not cooked properly when we ask the manager he said rudly "esa hi aata he " he ask us to ordered dosa that we can cook. Dosa was the same & worst. Don't rush in to this place with name of pure veg.

If you are looking to have some vegetarian North Indian food in Munnar, then this restaurant has many options for you. We tried gujarati thali which tasted good. Overall, it's a good place to have vegetarian food in this restaurant.

When we were visited munar, had lunch from Annapurna veg hotel. The food was totaly zero quality by its taste and the way supplied as well.

Good food and taste. This is run by Marwadi/Gujarati people. You'll find good north Indian dishes also.
