I really Loved this place, This is really a Good hotel to stay, very friend staff and reception. My booking got cancelled from another hotel and they diverted me to Annamalai Residency. I usually don't stay in Budget hotel but this hotel gave me a homely feeling . This place made me to feel light. Only breakfast needs to be improved . Rooms are good but no restaurant in this place 1. Place approachable but off the main road. 2. Rooms spacious, clean. 3. No restaurant so food is arranged by them through restaurants in vicinity. If you are tea coffee lover then it's arranged by staff but not available in house. 4. People are cooperative here.

It's a new place and is very good. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Near to Tambaram Station and it's located inside colony area. Was charged Rs2200 for 1day stay. They also provide extra bed if you pay for it. Room service is very good, and food is arranged from outside as there is no restaurant inside. There is also pretty good security and surveillance cameras are installed. Overall it's a very good place to book a room.

It's a OYO associated residency. Simple and sophisticated. Service is good enough. Ambience and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are soft and luxuriously at ease. Lift is available Drivers stay is available. Complimentary body soap are provided to customers.

Budget friendly, comfortable stay and close to railway station and airport. The place is located in West Tambaram, close to the railway station and also airport which is a big plus point! The staff is very cordial. The rooms were neat and clean, and the bathrooms were maintained well. There is no complimentary breakfast but you can always order from swiggy who would deliver it to your room.

This place is converted as a Covid care unit of Deepam Hospital. Fantastic doctors and staff nurses who support and treat patients with utmost care. God Bless Them Abundantly. Prayers for all those who come here for treatment

Hi, I went to this hotel last night. August, 2018... We checked in late like 12:30 pm. There were few attendents and the assured us full help. But, I must warn you, please check the cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms here before you take the keys and don't take the room cleanliness for granted! In my case, the washrooms of the first 2 - 3 rooms we saw were not clear but at last we did get a clean room. There is no kitchen in this place so you can't order any meal, so you are limited to tea or coffee without a mini bar. Room service is good and fast. You will get a plate full of edible breakfast. But, beware! Here, you will not get anything extra or less other than the breakfast tray they provide and that too it's a set South indian menu. I checked out before lunch, so I can't tell you more about other meals. I did not like everything in breakfast. The upma they gave was too oily and they didn't even provided any extra bowl and spoon for Sambar and gave it in plastic pouch. Expenditure wise, this is a good place for tight budget holders as you can stay here in Rs1400/- only for 1 day. Check out timing is 12:00 noon. The are is located 18 Kms away from Chennai Domestic airport and is in west Tambaram. Very near to main road and market place. They have a good parking space and handicapped and old people can easily user the facility and get in and out of it. There is a cinema hall very near but for regional files. So, I didn't used it and can't tell anything. In conclusion, I wanted to give it 2.5 out of 5 stars but there is no option of 0.5 in star rating so I gave it 3.0 stars out of 5.0

Good staff. Charged me Rs 1500 for a nights stay in a AC double bed room. Water heater available, though not required in the burning temperature of Chennai climate. Very near to Tamparam railway station, better don't call for Auto rickshaw unless you want to be looted and robbed . Call for Uber or Ola only. On request, they booked me a Uber taxi to go to Mahabalipuram. Though 1500, 1400 will suffice.
