It's a great place to stay and spend your quality time with your loved ones. It was the best experience staying there. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained.. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with huge balcony with sitting area. Thank you mr shinde and family for being a nice host.
Nice place to stay, we were 3 families 9 people, they gave us entire 1st floor, the place was very clean and sanitized. Equipped with 2 toilets and 24/7 running hot water. The owners were helpful, they managed hot milk for 1yr old. Rooms were spacious with AC. Nice large balcony.
Had a very good stay here. Nice experience. Everything is there. Good hospitality. Nice people, friendly nature. We also got some tasty breakfast from the owner at reasonable rate. A bit outside from the city center, but at nature's heart. All the amenities are there and very well maintained. Cleanliness is the most appreceable thing that I have seen. I will definitely recommend it.
It was an amazing stay. They have provided us the first floor which has 1 living room, 2 bedroom, 2 washroom & a huge balcony with the beautiful view. #weekendspendwell
Good place to stay . For one person as well as for 10-12 people big common room is also available. They are providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gardenings is very nice, in nights its look awesome. You can enjoy photography here.
Best family stay.just 1.5 to 2km away from main city Alibag. Silent area, covered by coconut trees. If you have your own vehicle go for it. Clean and spacious rooms, cream locality and green surrounding refresh you from routine hectic life.
This is not hotel first, the owner want all money in advance and don't not want to give facility like hotel. However, they want money like hotel. Even they are not provided the towel can you believe it. The breakfast is chargeable but very bad taste I had done vomiting after such nasty breakfast. If you are spending money go for the hotel with such price range not this kind of the cottage.Wastage of money.......
Had an awesome time at the property. Mr. Balasaheb is a great host. The owner's live on the ground floor and are accessible 24x7. The Balcony area is the Highlight of the property. Best palace to visit with friends and family.

Our experience at Adwait homestay was awesome! The rooms are super clean, well maintained. The hosts are welcoming and they provide delicious home made food at a reasonable cost.
Room was superb. Amazing service !!! Owner of the property is very cooperative and helpful. The TV worked fine , AC was also working perfectly well. Bathroom had nice water pressure and shower . Both hot and cold water available. Breakfast was tasty.
