For replacement of a .010 ct diamond i was quoted 4800/ after traveling about 50mins whereas over the phone nothing was mentioned and they insisted me on visiting the store. A total waste of time and energy. The Store manager was very rude.
Subhankar was the person who wanted to help but on reaching the store i got to know 1. ) They will charge atleast 4800/ for the diamond+-
2.) They have workshop in Kolkata and will send the ring to Kolkata to get the diamond fitted.
Strange but true i was quoted 4800 for a ring bought at 12000/

One thing I didn't like that much is that there process like you buy some jewelry from ground floor, you pay at ground floor but your delivery will take place at second floor and the customer needs to take the receipt and move to second floor to collect his purchase. Maybe it won't bother many but personally I didn't like this process.

Loved the designs in Anjali jewellers. Visited kalkaji branch, it's in the mid of the main Market hence easy to find. Little issue of parking is there, the road being busy all day. Professional staff and customer friendly approach is the best thing I found there.

We purchased diamond ring after 4 days one small pc. Fell & we got that pc. And visited to H block Kalkaji showroom and exchange the diamond ring with gold rings 22 carat. During exchange time they charged 22% Making charges which was too high. They denied to refund said this is not Bank which will pay you. Bitter Experience. Will never visit again.

I had to purchased a jewellery item from here today as I couldn't reach at Kolkata due to present scenario. They have limited stocks in respect of branches at Kolkata. Even they couldn't show light weight jewellery which is it's name & fame. Anjali Jewellers at Kalkaji didn't welcome properly which make me fill that if I come next time in this showroom I shall definitely take a second opinion to move oher jewellery shop. Neither they gave discounts on products nor on making charge. Rather they put a gift of ladies hand purse that is very cheap quality whic is below Rs. 100. Packaging of sales items is very poor. It seems that they are saving their pocket money by doing this. Even they didn't offer me tea or coffee. I think they don't want to keep customer satisfaction first priority of business. Bill is incomplete wherein it is not mentioned gold value of today, making charge. Whereas Senco Gold & Jewellers have maintained a good relationship with customers. I am very unhappy to purchase from here.
