I don't want to even give it a 1 star rating also. The service really sucks. The grooming is really worse. I took my pet in within 1 day he is smelling again. The experience was really horrible. And above all it was very unhygienic. They don't clean the shower area before grooming the pet. They don't even know how to manage the pets. I don't know about other services but for grooming it's the worst and really very pathetic.

They are taking extra fee, such as Animal planet service charges from pet owners, This is a useless change, Doctor is ok, but animal planet should Stop charging extra service charges.

Excallent service. A very Good collection of pets toys and supplies in reasonable price. And a good stock of medicine. You can get almost everything you want for your fur babies. Last but not least doctor's clinic is also available in the bottom of same roof.

Good place to get your pets pampered. They provide all grooming service along with the facility of a doctor(confirm timings before visit). A wide variety of toys, edibles and accessories also available. They also provide home services at request.

Quite happy to see my dogs special meal being sold here which can't be found easily in Siliguri.And apart from that the staff are very nice and friendly, would recommend this shop to my friends also.

the salesmen know nothing about the aquarium section of the shop. They are either misinformed of totally ignorant of the items and their prices. some product didn't have Mrp printed on their packages.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. The doctor is very professional and takes time in explaining things. Highly recommended.
