The staff is very helpful and courteous. They cater to your needs however the service is very slow. The rooms are quite shabby. We didn't get towels or toiletries until we asked which is not ideal.
Location and hospitality provided by the hotel is very good. Mr Shahid, the care taker of property is very caring, gentle and sincere person always ready to serve. Food is very good. Lidder river is only 500 m away walkable distance. Over all very good experience

Had a great experience during my recent stay in Pahalgam. The hotel is located in circuit road area which is 30 min walk from the main market area. Hotel is great considering the price. I have booked a room for three occupants and I was provided a large size room(almost 20 ft x 15 ft)containing two triple beds which was great. The staff/owner of the hotel is gentle and courteous in nature that during my stay I felt quite homely. Especially the guy namely Irshaad was so generous in behavior. We have opted for dinner and breakfast from that hotel and he was ready to offer discount on the listed price of the food. Our check out time was 12 noon but that was delayed for almost 3 hours due to our sight seeing in Baisaran valley although the hotel was not charging any extra amount for our delayed check out. All these make my entire family feel quite high about the kashmiri people and their great hospitality. This hotel is strongly recommend for all the future guest coming to visit pahalgam.
Very nice host and their hospitality. I came here in severe winter snowfall. They provided basic requirements with full heart despite the winter conditions. It was an awesome stay. Location is 1km far from city center in a village called Ganshbal. View is a bit obstructed. it's a budget stay. The road in front of it a village road full of horse droppings. But, the warm behaviour of Irshad will compensate it. I will recommend it.
Good hotel. very calm and cool place. Good mountain view. 24 hours hot water facility. Romantic place. Honor of this hotel Mr. Irshad is a man who is very helpful and friendly in nature. They prepare food at his home behind to hotel is very delicious.
