This is the best dinner experience I've had in my life. I'm well travelled and have had quite unique experiences before, but this one is hands down the best. Food was great. Expensive but great. I wish sides were included in the price but they were a la carte. Attention to detail was superb. We loved how they offered to hold on to our to go box so that we didn't have to haul it around from one magic performance to another (there are a few tables set up where you can see magical show up close). We feel like we got the VIP experience that night. First of all, we booked a reservation at the bar (only because table reservations were already booked). We made a note that we would like to get a table if possible. When we arrived, we were delighted to learn that they actually did read our note and moved us to a table. I love that the culture shows are intimate - totally not a folk show where the whole crowd is packed and you can't see much. There are two small tables set up where maybe 10 people at the most can watch the shows being performed, so it's literally happening in front of you as if you are an only guest. Then there's a bigger hall for a scheduled show (there are multiple show times per night). That one lasts about 30 minutes. It can maybe seat 50 people, so it's still intimate.

We ordered all the special non veg food, But the best cuisine was lal mas. Ambience and people working here were so friendly. Half of the staff were bengali here. Best place to find national integrity and historic pictures at this place. This place is having great view of fort in said restaurant from rooftop. You can also order alcoholic drinks. Historic pictures and classic instruments were hanging on the walls which gives more authenticity to trio. Although great experience to have a good food with nice people around you.spicel Lal Maas

We enjoyed our meal here, and would recommend it to others. There are alternatives for both vegetarians and those who can't. Amazing best laal mass in jaisalmerwas what we ordered. The vegetarian appetisers we ordered came out quickly and were delicious

From a youtube video I got recommendation for this place for Lal Mas. On the first day, we went for lunch and ordered Lal Mas and tandoori roti and tandoori chichen. As I was tasting Lal Mas for the first time I cannot vouch for its authenticity but it was very good and tasted different that mutton prep we usually have. It has a taste of saunf in gravy and mutton was melting in mouth. Quality of meat was excellent. Tandoori chicken was perfect. On 2nd day we went for dinner and had afgani tandoori and roti. Afgani tandoori was excellent. We also ordered butter milk which was perfect in taste. Atmosphere is like a dhaba so don't expect fine dining experience. But it was clean and proper

When in Jaisalmer one should definitely visit Angaara, best restaurant with a City view. We ordered Rajasthani Thali which was more than sufficient for two of us. The veg food and the Lal Maas were delicious. Junus our server made us really welcoming. Only downside road to the restaurant is a bit spooky in the nights.

Great food and service here. I would highly recommend eating "lal maas" with spice adjusted to your taste. Besides, it offers great views of the Golden city I am thankful to Bhavin who guided us with food choices and even gave recommendations on places to see. We were served by Ali.The fine gentlemen made our visit to Jaisalmer really memorable and their hospitality is highly appreciated.
