Like Bangalore, the Anchepalya lake has two sides : one clean and neat, well maintained and the other dirty, ill maintained. The side of the lake from the Jindal foundation area is clean and neat, and also has a boating facility. The other entrance from the NICE road side is dirty, gates seems to be broken, with no entry restrictions. Many anglers were spotted on this side. Water quality seems bad and looks green.
Very serene place filled with tranquility, love spending time here, it's busy usually during the weekends but on week days there are only few people who come for fishing here, also had a great fishing experience here, must visit with your family as there is a facility of boating as well.

You can only watch from a distance because lake is only accessible to patients of the hospital.

A beautiful place which is clean and green. Walking path is wide throughout with regular sitting benches. There is play area, washroom, sitting benches with roof and excellent views of the water. You can find ducks and birds too.
One beautiful place ideal destination for cycling. Lake is not so well maintained. So it would be great if plp of that place become responsible n try to maintain n protect it . I could find many birds over der so a good place for bird watching too
