Had a wonderful one day stay at this place. Rooms are spacious and premium and service was good. Breakfast was a average. But swimming pool was too good. Well maintained and large. Clean water with minimal chlorine. Has a separate kids pool too . But do note that they insist on swim wear only.
Nice room with plenty of space. Accessible to the city center at walkable distance. Complimentary breakfast food was not up to the mark. And mostly the same items repeating every creates doubt. Good staff member. Overwhelmed house keeping staff.
Their Service was very bad, especially the food was too expensive and not at all worth the price. The quality and taste was so bad. The washrooms were dirty with leaking taps. Accommodations were not like a 4-star hotel room. They took extra money at the last minute, which was not informed to us earlier. They did not even let us discuss it. Kept on asking for money during the function and disturbed us and irritated us. Until we paid the extra money they didn't let us proceed the function peacefully. As soon as they took money they asked us to vacate immediately and made us hurry. It was a very bad experience during our marriage
Our 3 days stay was pleasant. Rooms are extremely spacious and blackout curtains deserve a mention. Sometimes housekeeping might be delayed (understanding it's a huge hotel) but communication can sort that out. Food was good and room service was as per the given time. Would highly recommend especially for a family stay.
Great location, excellent rooms and nice behaviour from staff. Especially ask for Fayaz if you want to get ANYTHING done. Swimming pool is a great highlight. Food was good not great but restaurant staff were very busy especially during breakfast. Room service was prompt and we were served hot food on time.
Stayed here for 2 nights on 27th and 28th Nov'23. Nice hotel, staff is very polite (except one guy who was in the night shift and was little cranky). Room service is prompt. Rock beach is less than 2km but will need a bike to commute. Breakfast is ok and swimming pool is big.
Located in the heart of the city. Easily accessible to major attractions within Pondicherry. Loved our stay here for 2 nights. The staff were courteous and helpful as well. Food was delicious. Highly recommended 4 star stay!
We had an excellent stay. Highly recommended for families with children. Special mention to the house keeping manager Mr. Prabhakar & his team (including Mr. Kiruba) for a fabulous coordination in making our stay awesome and helping in organizing a surprise for my brothers 40th b'day celebrations. Upon request, they promptly kept the rooms super clean. Good variety of healthy breakfast options :)
