Anand Guest House - Guest house in Diu - Diu, India

DANGER DANGER DANGER I visited this guest house with my wife on Christmas holiday 2021. I didn't book hotel because one of my friends had suggested me this one. Reception boy named Ravi was rude was not aware how to talk in front of ladies. He yelled on floor. Asked for water he told to bring it from outside. Bathroom was very dirty and had smell of Gutkha. Bedsheets had stains of red mark. They took 2000 bucks in which 1800 for room charge and 200 for deposit. Hot water was not coming at all and when asked for Ravi came directly inside the room without knocking. Room's floor was very dusty. Disposable items for food were not available but what say they didn't provide even water. Ravi was sleeping on reception floor in afternoon, when we came from outside and asked about lunch in nearby restaurants he told that he didn't know and turned other side on bed. After full day rush we came to hotel and my wife's heath got a little bad she vomited and we came down seeking help Ravi was sleeping and didn't answer, nodded or replied. Next day at the time of checkout when we asked for 200 deposit return he went to check room and told to give 500 more for vomiting in room. I explained politely that the total fault in that scenario was caused by him but he didn't took second to hold or started yelling bad words. He abused us his owner and everything he must be drunk so i checked out without taking 200 of my deposit. He made me shiver and my wife cried. Don't visit this at all. in 2k budget there are ao many hotels were available look search see then go. Very worst experience of not only trip but of life.

Worst place to stay.. Staff Ravi showcased the rudest behaviour one could ever have in front of a lady. We delayed checkout for an Hour, for which he denied to return the Rs 200 of deposite and even asked for extra 300 bucks. And, when we resisted he starting yelling and torturing us by saying abusive words. It's better to stay anywhere else in the whole city than this shity place where they don't even know what and hotel management is and how the guests are treated

Worst hotel and worst service ever don't book this hotel. They are charging like five-star and in terms of service railway station service is far better than this so called guest house. They charge for medical emergency and not providing even water (basic service) in room.

One of the best for staying in diu who wants in low baget and have a home stay experience Mr.laljibhai is owner so kind and so gentle man....you food orders from here and room service also available Mr. Manager is so co operative person mr Ravi Bhai I am thankful to visit here

I would not give any star to this guest house but given 1 star as without adding star we can't post any review. Secondly, behaviour of staff and owner is very rude and would never refer any one i.e my friends and relatives to stay at Anand Guest House, also small rooms and bathrooms are very conjusted..and there are many good hotels available in diu with same price..so according to expensive price we are not getting that much good service ..

Very descent place to stay. Comparatively affordable price ranges. We were four and cost around 300 per person. Bring your identity proof along. TV provided. AC rooms also available.

charge is too high . Service not exist And very bad smell comes in there room and washroom
