Worst experience. Difficult to reach location without seeking help from hotel staff and even Google maps is of no help.There are big lizards in rooms and bathrooms. AC in one room was non-functional and were shifted to another room where some of the switches were non-functional. Food spread is very limited and that too is bad. Overpriced too

Aur is a very beautiful location and serene place. Just driving to the place is hard for 10 minutes but you won't regret it . Staff is very nice . I loved it and so did my parents . Food is good too . Internet does not work but given the nice experience I did not miss it . Will be a great memory for my family.

Highly disappointed with the hospitality and services. Ill mannered and untrained staff. Had to chk out in a day although had booked for two days with a group. Kitchen staff is totally raw as could not provide the basic food also. Sales team mistake totally. Although property in very beautiful but not maintained. Owner needs to intervene and should appoint the skilled workers to the run the show.

What a great welcoming place! There is nothing I could think of to complain about. The staff is great, from the folks at the welcome desk to the guys taking care of the rooms! I had the pleasure to be a regular Guest and I can tell you, they go the extra mile. A big thank you to the Team!

The food was excellent!! Their in house chef is an amazing human and has magic in his hands. We came here during off season so alot of staff isn't available but this guy managed all our requests. It was an amazing experience even the path to the resort which was difficult to access was a fun element. Just a suggestion though, there should've been a couple of swings since the weather here is great and it would've been amazing to have a swing.

Location - Still Bearable only if you are in Group. Never ever go in Solo/Couple. Rooms- OK Room Rate: Too High Considering the Facilities. Food Taste: Ok Food Options :Very Few. Even at a local dhaba you would get much better options with Qty. Rates: Tooo High. Even dinning at 5* is much cheaper. Staff: Courtesy. Always trying to cover up the mistakes made by owner. They have priced the Menu and Qty in such a way that they would shed out every thing from your pocket. Be very careful before going and the best part is to carry your own food or eat outside and stay here.

It's a wonderful property only if you take your security person as there is no security at the gate and the premises. Wonderful if you take your own food, water for shower, toiletries for use, blankets from home and not to miss the bath towels. The management is horrible. It's NO GEM( as mentioned in one of the reviews)near Chandigarh but yes surely a hidden one. As you need to cross a horrifying path to reach the place. Unlike its name it's NO ANAND by the Satluj. Don't get carried away by the fake or paid reviews.. Better to sleep in your car than to sleep there. A Dharamshala is a better option. I wish they had negative rating.
