Great place to enjoy the nature. Clean air with nice ambiance. Beware of atta poochi. Anytime it can climb in your legs and starts suck your blood without any pain. That is the very worst issue we face when we went for relaxation. All places are greenish and very good sight seeing. Places are very nice to see and visit.

We have stayed in Anamalai tiger reserve (ambuli illam) forest room stay lastweek for two days... the food was cooked by tribal lady and his son it was very awesome... but the forest officer mind is to collect money... near the forest reception the rest room is maintained very poor but they will collect money.. Then the forest officer instructed to go to the room, but the room is situated in thick forest, no forest officer came with us...it will be dangerous when any animal came around you... Then the room is some what ok not worth for the money you have provide, but you can see the wild animals @ midnight.We have seen five elephants and four bison near to our room. Then the second day the room power is fully shutdown we have slept without current.

The Accomodation at Top slip is complete disaster. Rooms are pathetic. Toilet looks never cleaned. Very poor maintenance. If anyone traveling there, make sure to carry proper bedsheets, pillows etc. Limited or no information provided on the food part. Nothing available there to eat. You need to carry the food by yourself. But forest staff at top slips are great. They are trying best to provide better service to public.

It is a wonderful place forest is with plenty of animal's after 8 pm you can see it safely from rooftop and you have to do online booking for overnight stay. Place is pure with abundance of oxygen.All kinds of animals roam close to lodge and you will directly be in middle of forest.You have both elephant and safari.

A beautiful place as always. Now with less crowd it looks even more beautiful. Don't miss to take pictures on 19th bend while climbing Valparai.

Very nice place to get refreshed. Should opt for accommodation in other than Attakati Guest Houses as the tiger reserve is far away from here. Nice greenery everywhere.
