My beloved father came to Dr. Sumit Gupta in August this year and he was told to get a minor surgery immediately and we were given 100% guarantee that the procedure will result in success and my father will recover within 3 months. On the day of surgery we came to know that it was not a minor surgery but 5 vials of tumors were removed from the jaw and neck area. After that, chemo and radiation therapy was started within 2 weeks. Despite not recovering from the wounds , my father with all the hope started getting chemo and radiation therapy sessions regularly at the doctor's instance. His condition worsened during the therapy but it was attributed to the chemo side effects. After completing the therapy with all his might and through great difficulty physically, we were hoping that finally now is the time for recovery and he will get back on his feet. But his condition deteriorated with each passing day and one day he was admitted to DMC with shortness of breath and extreme weakness. After admission he was diagnosed with pleural effusion and the doctors performed tests and to my surprise told me that the cancer had spread to other parts of his body. I asked that we were assured that nothing of this sort would happen after surgery to which the doctors had no response. Ultimately, my father breathed his last on 13.11.23 after going through 3 months of experiments and torture at the hands of the false-guaranteeing doctors of this hospital that advertises itself as precision cancer care hospital. I would strongly suggest DO NOT get your loved ones treated here as the inexperienced doctors didn't bother to do timely scans and followups and don't really know what they are doing. Untimely death of my beloved father would always haunt me but I can warn others so that they may not suffer such fate.

Great service! The staff is very helpful. The support staff works very hard to keep the hospital clean. The doctors are very caring and attend to the patient very nicely. Great work. Well done

I am from Canada and We went there for my Fathers Nasal cancer treatment. We were referred to Dr. Sumit Gupta. He is such an amazing doctor and a great human being. He operated on my dad and took very good care of him. Best thing was he was so approachable and I could text him anytime and he would always be there to help. He treats patients like their family. My father was diagnosed with Stage 2 Nose cancer and with grace of God he is recovering. The hospital is amazing. The cleanliness, service and atmosphere is very good. Nurses are so very sweet. I am still in touch with some of them. The doctor for Chemotherapy is very rude though. He is not very helpful. God forbid if any of your family member gets diagnosed with Cancer, you can come here and be at peace .

This is very good hospital, I really had very good experience, the total internal environment is excellent and also the parking facility is good, the all Staff are so cooperative and so helpful. This is the best cancer hospital in india. The staff nurses are so caring. The patient care is excellent here at AOI Ludhiana

I recently visited DMC hospital for family emergency. All medical care staff was very good to deal with patients and families but I had very bad experience with some of the on duty security guards. They were always impatience and very rude when it comes to deal with individuals especially one tall guy and one lady, both of them had no sense of talk, always used disrespectful language. It did not happen only with me but I observed they are being same with other patients as well.

Worst services. They are making you wait for soooooo longgg due to new initiated token system. This is mismanaged please stop it

Worst hospital in the region. No staff support No doctor support No care.. Only money minded. Never recommend this hospital to patients..

Overall Experience is very good. At very first visit we met with Dr Kunal Jain and Dr. Sandhya Sood and Team members. They treated in a very mannered way and politely. Listen very carefully about the patient concerns, and gave positive energy and motivations.. Mr. Ramandeep Suri, at front office deals very gently and scinerely.. Thanks everyone.
