The room was in a good room , but In room bed sheet towel and soap not ready if u need u can ask by intercom then only provide that is also if available other than receptionist answer not available you can buy outside. Customer service is very very bad

Single bed room non ac RS- 850 Room cleaning not we'll Bed sheet no cleaning properly. Rest room bucket not cleaning. Over all 850 not worthable. Soap only given no towel bedsheet also not available in room you can cal after that come .

Worst room service and the AC is disgusting with water leakage inside the room. Leakage water is enough to swim inside the room. When discussed about the issue no proper response from staff. Surprisingly they asked to vacate to avoid the situation. Though informed about change of room in advance it was a ridiculous response from the manager sitting in the counter. Never faced such irresponsible behavior in any hotel across the country. I suggest not to advise anyone for this property.

It is Old Lodge. But it is been Renewed and Suits the Budget Customer. They have Underground Parking which Accommodate 5 cars. Staffs are Very Decent & Supportive. Suits for Family Too. Room Ambience are Good and Rest rooms are Neatly maintained.

Worst place to stay, previously it was nice but nowadays management doesn't care about their customers and pathetic rooms and room service

The Rooms are Clean and good, three people can easily accommodate in one room with an extra bed. We paid Rs 900 for two persons. During the time of our visits the loadge was full, hence bedsheet, towels and soaps were not afforded to us during our stay.

Worst receptionist I have ever seen, very rude and speak bad words to the customer... very very very very worst experience

Disgusting service. The manager or owner is too rude, he rudly denied for changing the room and also giving blanket and changing bedsheet.. I have never seen such service in my life. The whole staff is similiar. Worst experience.
