Lovely fort. Must visit if you are in Jaipur and you love forts. The place is humongous. The front portion of the fort looks mesmerizing with the lake in front. Try to visit there as early as possible. The place holds so much history and is built for such a long time. Every section of the fort has something or other to offer. Check out all the places. Just imagining while standing there as what it might have felt in its prime is magnificent.
Fantastic place with so much history. Make sure to get a guide (400 or so rupees) to really learn what this beautiful place was all about. Massive palace sitting on the mountain in the middle of a jungle. Such a wonder how these structures were built so long ago and are still standing so sturdy today. The sun and water palace is amazing.

There is an entry fee and the fare is Rs100 pp You can also book thru online You can just scan the QR code from the entry gate and I would recommend you to choose the QR code for taking the ticket. It is one of the best place for Photography and there are no extra charges for camera. Bus are less but you can get the Jeep and Auto to reach here.
Superb palace on height. Can reach through elephant ride or by foot. If going with children , carry school or college I'd card. Hives special discount. Font visit to take snaps inside, it's really artistic with beautiful carvings.
A stunning fort in Jaipur at the top of a hill. Stop to see the cobra on the way up! Great views from on top, and an interesting structure with many photo opportunities. Lots of hawkers at the entrance who will leave you alone if you don't engage with them.
The Amber Palace is extremely large and you really do need a guide to find your way around and get the history of the Palace. The traffic getting to the palace can be hectic so make sure you have plenty of time for the journey and to be able to appreciate this amazing place. Probably would not recommend for anyone who can't manage stairs.
Magnificent fort with a rich history and beautiful architecture. Of you're going Jaipur, this fort is must visit. Also do hire a guide to show you around. However pre-wedding photographers creates a lot of mess here.
